DISTRIBUTOR shall provide such manufacturer’s warranty to any customer who purchase the products
from it, without varying any of its terms or provisions either orally or in writing.
In addition, DISTRIBUTOR may not alter the products in any manner whatsoever unless upon
COMPANY’s prior written approval.
DISTRIBUTOR’s breach of this provision shall give COMPANY prejudice to any other legal remedy it
may have.

Non so come renderlo in italiano.

In generale credo comunque che il senso sia il seguente: "La violazione di tale disposizione da parte del DISTRIBUTORE autorizzerà l'AZIENDA ad avvalersi di qualsiasi altro rimedio legale di cui possa disporre". Almeno il senso credo sia quello, ma vorrei essere certo del significato di "give prejudice"
