Sin duda, Chema's point is undoubtedly valid.

The point of the question is understanding the meaning.

And sure, "in comorbidity" doesn't quite "flow" comme il faut, however, keeping with the pedantic style of the original, I would use it... (aunque haya que meterlo con calzador... ;-)


E.g.,
