Re real estate companies, rents and shopping malls, in this context thanks, I don't think it is just assets or property as that would be patrimoine on its own, many thanks!

disagree  AllegroTrans: Companies have share capital, but "patrimoine" has a quite different meaning, which includes assets other than a company's share capital. Don't just argue back, research it and see.

neutral  Daryo: that would mean that the ST is about a commercial entity specialised in listed buildings - [= no end to costs, not much you can do with the building except waiting 10-20-30 years for it to crumble ...] rather unlikely combination!
