English term or phrase: hard and soft stock allocation
Hard allocation is an allocation that has written to the stockm and stallocm table, this will prevent further hard allocations which cannot be fulfilled by the existing free stock. An example of this would be allocating a sales order.

Soft allocation is when an allocation has been made and written to the stockm table, so it shows on the product record, but no entry is written to stallocm and therefore numerous soft allocations can be made for the same product regardless of the free stock position. An example of this would be creating a works order.

Não consigo encontrar a tradução de "hard" e "soft" neste contexto para português de Portugal.

Agradeço desde já a ajuda.

alocação permanente e flexível de estoque

Explanation:
Por enquanto, é o que me parece soar natural: permanente e flexível (hard and soft).
