Dabei rühre ich mir nicht den Wolf, wie einem permanent in Kochbüchern oder Fernsehen suggeriert wird.

Begründung, weil jemand es liebt, genau dieses Rezept zu kochen.
Ich kenne den Ausdruck nicht.
Soll es heißen, ich "arbeite mir keinen ab" oder so etwas Ähnliches?

Risotto does need a lot of stirring and constant attention, but it's not painful, more meditative.

I don't get stirring cramps/blisters like TV cooks or cookbooks are always suggesting
