Presentation by the European Commission on the state of play of implementation of portal CIRCABC:

XXX YYY (DG REGIO) thanked the authorities for the collaboration in the implementation of this tool and reported data on its usage that demonstrates its utility. During the 1st year of using this portal (since February 2017) there were over 8000 connections (** excluding file structure set-up **) in the system by all users. As a novelty access to a dedicated specific folder in CIRCABC was given to a managing authority in order to ensure efficient transmission of documentation for preparation of the EPSA audit mission. The managing authority could only view and access the specific folder created for this specific purpose. Thus this tool eases the way to communicate and diffuse information.
