Italian term or phrase: Elementi subentranti
I'm translating an Contract of tenacy for public housing from IT into EN. I got stuck when translating the following: "elementi subentranti". Here the context: "L'alloggio e le pertinenze sono assegnati ad esclusivo uso di abitazione dell'assegnatario e del nucleo familiare con lui convivente al momento dell'assegnazione, nonché degli ELEMENTI SUBENTRANTI ai sensi della normativa vigente per l'Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica...".

Thanks a lot in advance.
