Um defeito na impressão de tampas de garrafa, tem consequências para o cliente:

Consumer complaints, brand image ill will, claims and scrap

Eu tinha traduzido "claims" como reclamações nos demais defeitos , em que "claims" aparecia sozinha, sem o termo "consumer complaints".

Agora não sei se é reivindicação, denúncia, ação judicial, pedido de indenização...O que acham?

agree  Mario Freitas: Na verdade, eu sugeri "pleitos" sem perceber que são de "customers". Pleitos costumam ser de subcontratadas. Para clientes, "reclamações" é o ideal mesmo.
