El término "biosaludable" aparece varias veces a lo largo del documento haciendo referencia a planes biosaludables y destinos biosaludables.

"¿Cómo funcionan los PLANES BIOSALUDABLES? Cada plan incluye un fin de semana de turismo termal y un seguimiento en casa con nuestras aguas.
Puedes realizarlos en formato intensivo, durante tres semanas,

Aunque he localizado en el glosario la opción "fitness trail" para circuito biosaludable, no sé si fitness es muy adecuado en este contexto ya que el plan hacer referencia a un turismo termal que combina la ingesta de aguas con diferentes propiedades medicinales, una ruta por entornos naturales y gastronomía local saludable.
¿Podría utilizarse en este contexto Bio healthy / bio-healthy? No sé cuál sería la opción más correcta.

agree  neilmac: I dislike the trendy neologism "wellness" and agree this goes well with an exercise regime.

  -> Yes and "wellness" can mean (or not mean) just about anything; a real Humpty Dumpty word if ever there was one
neutral  Lisa McCarthy: The problem here is that the plan is not exclusively related to physical exercise - it also includes healthy eating, lounging around in a spa and consuming their 'water' at home :-) Which is why I think 'wellness' is a broader, safer option.

Apparently there's a difference, albeit IMHO a rather contrived one. According to one pundit, "Health and wellness are not synonyms. Health refers simply to a physical body being free from diseases, but wellness is an overall balance of your physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental, and occupational well-being."

Still sounds like a marketing ploy to me. And don't get me started on "mindfulness"... :)
