Ich weiß natürlich, was gemeint ist. Das Croissant wurde im Voraus gehen gelassen. Aber wie sagt man das in Bäckereideutsch? "... die Entwicklung des ersten industriell im Voraus gehen gelassenem Croissant" klingt sehr schwerfällig?
