Hi,

I have a text box with the test code, date of the exam, fluoroscopy time, films and "nombre d'expositions: 340"
How would you translate "expositions" in this context?
This is for the UK.
Thanks

neutral  liz askew: number of exposures is perfectly valid:) fair enough!

-> I have not suggested that "number of exposures" is not perfectly valid. That said, if Asker wants/needs something more concise, then "exposure count" would be a good alternative.

neutral  writeaway: So the colleagues here who actually specialise in medical translation have all got it wrong?? Interesting concept...

-> Nowhere have I suggested the other answer is "wrong". If I thought it was "wrong", I'd have posted a disgree and explained why. It's all about choice: if Asker wants/needs something more concise, then "exposure count" would be a good alternative.
