Mir gelingt es einfach nicht, die grammatische Konstruktion in diesem Satz aufzuloesen:

"Weiters ist es auch möglich, die Unternehmen, die mit XXX bzw. mit deren Mitarbeitern in Geschäftsverbindung stehen, Wertpapierpositionen in den von uns beschrieben Unternehmen zu halten bzw. zu handeln."
