(jurisdiction for) debt recovery Explanation: ...though I would leave out " jurisdiction for" to avoid repetition. "Mahngerichtsstand" gets almost no hits, but "mahnen" means send a reminder to, and by extension to collect overdue debts. http://dictionary.reverso.net/german-english/mahnen The idea is that while disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Ulm, debt recovery is usually done through the respondent's local court.
