Ce terme paraît simple, mais je ne suis pas sûre s'il s'agit d'un pré contrat ou d'un simple projet, et les traductions de Linguee me paraissent trop simples/ pas adaptées au contexte très technique de ce document.

Voici le contexte (ce terme n'apparaît malheureusement que dans ce titre)
Projet de vente annexé à la PUV (promesse unilatérale de vente).

Ma tentative: "Preliminary contract of sale"/"Sale Pre-Contract Agreement" appended to the undertaking to sell.

Les deux possibilités que j'ai mises sous-entendent que le projet de vente serait un précontrat, mais je ne suis pas sûre que ce soit le cas.
