non mi risulta che esistano macchine con le bande elastiche (a parte quando la banda elastica si fissa a un rack o a una struttura, ad esempio per aiutarsi con le trazioni). Io credo che si tratti proprio dei cavi di un rack/stazione come si vede nel link
