Humans recognize a multitude of objects in images with little effort, despite the fact that the image of the objects may vary somewhat in different view points, in many different sizes and scales or even when they are translated or rotated. Objects can even be recognized when they are partially obstructed from view. This task is still a challenge for computer vision systems. identification objects/items Explanation: I suspect this may have to do with certain things/items with some kind of a logo of the study or study name or nickname on it. These are sometimes created for promotional purposes to be given out to the patients. And as they are given out to the patients, their description has to be submitted to the ethics committee for approval. "identification" might not be the best word for it though. Maybe "recognizable" or "promotional", or there could be some even better option. |
