Dispositif Végétalisé Permanent - Par DVP, il faut comprendre dispositif végétalisé permanent. Ce dispositif est détaillé dans l’arrêté du 12 septembre 2006 relatif à la mise sur le marché et à l’utilisation des produits : « Il s’agit de zones complètement recouvertes de façon permanente de plantes herbacées (dispositifs herbacés), ou comportant, sur au moins une partie de leur largeur, une haie arbustive qui doit être continue par rapport au point d’eau (dispositifs arbustifs). »
