Je ne comprends pas "frequency slow-start". La suite du document (plutôt marketing) ne parle ni de "frequency", ni de "slow-start" d'ailleurs.

Le ventilateur du souffleur doit être actionné par un variateur de fréquences qu'on fait tourner à basse vitesse CAD en fréquence basse au début probablement pour ne pas créer de chocs thermiques
