W kontekście appendix vs. schedule

Schedule do jeden duży dokument załączony do umowy Direct Materials Purchasing Agreement jako jedna całość:
This Schedule is made as an appendix to the Direct Materials Purchasing Agreement between …
This Agreement and the attached Schedule set forth the terms applicable for any Product.
Payment shall be made in such time and manner set forth in the Schedule.

Niestety schedule zawiera poszczególne Appendixes:
„…the Schedule, together with appendices thereto …”
Appendix 1 – List of Supplier’s Affiliates, Appendix 2 – List of Products and Initial Prices, itd.

Sama umowa nie zawiera odwołań do poszczególnych appendixes, tylko do schedule, jako całości. Dopiero w treści Schedule pojawiają się appendixes.

Nie wiem, jak z tego wybrnąć. Zakładając, że schedule to załącznik, może przetłumaczyć appendix jako „cześć (załącznika)”? Ewentualnie schedule – aneks, a appendix – załącznik.
