Bonjour!

Je travaille tout le temps avec ce vocabulaire, ici au Cirad.

Avec l'idée 'surveiller' on a plutôt l'impression qu'un fait doit se produire qui va nous faire réagir.

Avec 'accompagner' ou 'faire/dresser/établir le suivi', il est très clair que l'on restituera chaque événement de l'objet observé.

Un autre sens de monitorizar (mais vu la phrase il me semble que ce n'est pas le cas ici) serait dans le cas de suivis fait par satelites, on parlera alors de "télédétection" (pas de verbe, que je sache)
