Introduce is not equal to represent, of course. Japanese counterpart of "represent" is 代表する, especially in competitve situation. Example: I want to represent Turkey in next Olympic game." So essentially what it means in this context is "we are number one" or "We are good enough to represent Turkey's best translation agencies." Because you are looking for translation of adjective "finest", my answer turned out to be lengthier than I wanted.
