@ Daryo yes Daryo !! This is the main issue hence the confusion. It seems that the main company is registered in the UK and that the company implied is registered in France. So first of all I need to clarify the situation with the client on the overall situation and then eventually with a French accountant. Here it seems important to understand what is to be translated : terminology related to a UK co or a French co.

no one is asking you the name of this company, but there is something that needs to be clarified - you keep mentioning forms used by Companies House, relevant for companies registered in UK, while at the same time calling this business a SCI, which should be registered in France???

Not that it would change anything to the translation of this "600 form", simply sounds rather odd.

the content of the filled form may be confidential [until published on the Companies House website ...], but the form itself certainly isn't.

And adding this small bit of information would probably reduce the extent of wild guessing ...

Vous insistez pour dire qu'il s'agit de la liquidation d'une SCI de droit français, mais vous utilisez des formules et formulaires typiquement UK:

Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) is where the shareholders of a solvent company adopt a voluntary winding up resolution and appoint a liquidator to realise the assets (...) A CVL [Creditor's voluntary liquidation] takes place when an insolvent company enters into voluntary liquidation, so it is the opposite of members voluntary (solvent) liquidation. In both scenarios the directors/shareholders of the company resolve to close the company, except in a CVL the proceeds of the liquidation go to creditors, whereas in an MVL the proceeds go to the company's members.

C'est donc loin d'être clair pour moi! En l'occurrence, il ressort des divers textes UK que le sens de "members" dépend du type de "company" (partnership or corporation). Je commence à me demander si on vous demande une traduction ou une back-translation...

En effet Germaine je vais m’en tenir aux associés dans le cadre d’une Members voluntary liquidation. La situation est claire car il s’agit de la liquidation d’une SCI suite au décès déc l’un des deux associés. Merci infiniment pour votre aide.

Dans le doute, je m'en tiendrais à "membres" ou alors à "associés" (s'il s'agit bien d'un partnership). D'après ce que je lis, il y aurait deux types de liquidation:
Members' voluntary liquidation: liquidation [en faveur des?][par les?] [à la demande des] membres/associés
Creditors' voluntary liquidation: liquidation [en faveur des?] [par les?] [à la demande des] créanciers

Je ne sais pas s'il faut vraiment distinguer la liquidation volontaire en faveur des créanciers d'une simple faillite, mais bon... quelqu'un a peut-être le temps de faire la recherche.

Je n'exclus pas qu'on puisse en arriver à un simple "type de participants à la liquidation", mais comme nous vous l'avons déjà répété, l'insuffisance de contexte empêche de fournir une réponse éclairée.
