Estoy traduciendo un artículo sobre: "Unconscious Bias at Work" y lo he traducido como "Prejuicios Inconscientes en el Trabajo" pero en una de las definiciones aparece: Bias is a prejudice in favour of or against one thing ... y no se como traducir ese "Prejudice" ya que opté por traducir Bias como Prejuicio.

Me pueden brindar ideas al respecto, les estaré agradecida.

Pd. Puedo traducir "Unconscious Bias at Work" como "Sesgo inconsciente en el trabajo" pero "sesgo" no es una palabra muy utilizada en mi país para referirse a esa idea.

El título "Prejuicios inconscientes en el trabajo" es muy bueno, así que no lo cambiaría. Conservaría "prejuicio" para "bias" buscaría un sinónimo para "prejudice"

Podrías utilizar la propia definición de prejuicio que da el DLE: "opinión previa"
