Please consider that "pole" different significations, like "phases" or magnetic "poles" as well. But if you are sure that your "poles" refer to voltage towers only you can waive this remark.

I suspect that 'power line poles' means tall ones for carrying main distribution lines, while 'power poles' simply means the shorter ones used for local distribution to the houses.
As for 'utility poles', I'm pretty sure they mean 'telegraph poles' — I can't think of any other utilities that use overhead lines!

Yes, they are manufacturers of wooden poles. The problem is that they need this difference for the advertising text between "power poles" and "power line poles", which may be translated with "Poteaux electriques", but two terms are required.
At least two, because there are also "utility poles" in the same text.

What KIND of company, Are they a manufacturer of WOODEN poles? If so, this is bound to make a difference.
As for the difference (if any) between 'power poles' and power line poles', you may need to check with your customer to see what their intention was in using those two terms; I have an idea... Or at least see if you can find any differences between them, like the dimenisions, for example?
