English term or phrase: Naniwa Port
Greetings

I refer to the Port of Naniwa on the Sea of Japan very near Nagaoka-kyō 長岡京, capital of Japan from 784 to 794.

I realise that the kanji for the name of this port may or may not be the same as the kanji for the more famous Naniwa in Osaka.
