disagree  Tony M: I am far from convinced that 'gradient' ever translates as 'graduation', and I also fail to see where that would apply in a context of motors? Moreover, as Daryo says, T = tesla, never 'tour' (usually abbreviated if at all to 'tr'.

disagree  Daryo: besides what "T" as a SI unit is, "rotations per second" is not a gradient it's just a plain speed [of rotation].
