its position with very low Beta/with very low exposure to market risk Explanation: Erratum: It should be 'position' instead of 'positionnement'. Why? because 'postponement' is a concept of market strategy, not of finance https://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/beta.asp -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2018-01-31 01:24:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/position.asp |

its very low sensitivity Explanation: Literally "its very short position in terms of sensitivity", which seems a rather odd way of saying it. |

its very short duration positioning Explanation: Technically, "sensibilité" here refers to the sensitivity of a bond's price to changes in interest rates. The term most usually used as shorthand for this is duration (strictly speaking, modified duration). You'll find a definition here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bond_duration If you are "short duration", this means the value of your bond holding increases if interest rates rise. Conversely, a long duration position is one where the value of the holding decreases if interest rates rise. |
