This is from an employee complaint about improper practices at a food (incl dairy products) company.

Le responsable de la plateforme est le neveu de XXX. Des dizaines de milliers de dirhams sortent chaque mois sous forme de dons aux associations. Ces dons sont des DP proche périmé pour éviter la sortie mévente.

The abbreviation "PF" appears earlier, which I believe is "produits frais".

I have seen "design de produits" on the internet, but it is not that, as these must be some sort physical thing that is nearly out of date.

I would like help with the abbreviation not necessarily a translation.

I think your text may be slightly in error, as I suspect what the person intended to say was "Ces dons ont des DP proche périmé" — the fact that they also said 'proche périme' makes me think they may not have a terribly good grasp of FR... and in any case, in transcription, 'produits ont' and 'produits sont' would be an easy confusion to make.
