Continuo trabajando con el documento del proyecto de energía solar; sin embargo en este momento estoy trabajando en la etapa de construcción. A continuación una pequeña consulta al respecto:

Patio de acopio de residuos:

- Tendrá una base continua, impermeable y resistente estructural y químicamente a los residuos almacenados;
- Tendrá un **sistema colector de eventuales derrames**, con una capacidad de retención no inferior al volumen del contenedor de mayor capacidad ni al 20% del volumen total de los contenedores almacenados; y

"waste collection system in case of possible spills"? Is it ok?

Just a note regarding "...ni al 20% del volumen total" which I read as "up to 20% of the total volume", as opposed to "lower than".
