plug & socket connector Explanation: If they're dismantling the front suspension methinks they probably mean disconnect the active suspension sensor connector disconnecting the active suspension wiring harness from the sensor on the suspension so you can take it apart. Like many connectors on a car this will almost certainly be a plug & socket connector with a seal inside to keep water out and a clip release to make sure it stays connected until the clip is released. So, disconnect the plug & socket connector. Sensors continually monitor body movement and vehicle ride level, constantly supplying the computer with new data. As the computer receives and processes data, it operates the hydraulic servos, mounted beside each wheel.
