Pataniscas de bacalhau é um pastel tradicional português, com ovo, farinha, salsa e cebola.
Encontro Beignets de morue, mas é mais aplicado para pastéis de bacalhau, que leva batata também.

Ia colocar mesmo entre aspas "pataniscas de bacalhau", e depois na especificação colocava "beignet traditionnelle portugais avec morue", mas não tenho a certeza.
