W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań, dotyczące kompozytowych materiałów C/SiC, otrzymywanych w dwuetapowym procesie syntezy aerozolowej oraz omówiono ich właściwości głównie w oparciu o wyniki badań dyfrakcji rentgenowskiej XRD i termograwimetrycznych TGA. EN In many applications, traditional carbon materials require appropriate modifications to improve their properties by applying various additives. One way of modification is the introduction of elemental silicon or its compounds to raw carbon materials and subsequent heat treatment of such composite systems. The synthesized SiC improves the properties of the resulting C/SiC composite materials.
