Al termine di un articolo di una rivista, nella didascalia di una foto di gruppo sono elencate le persone che vi compaiono, e cioè i partecipanti a un corso di perfezionamento aziendale e i loro superiori.

Dopo alcuni nomi presenti nella di didascalia è aggiunto tra parentesi (VG). Si tratta dell'abbreviazione di Vorgesetzte, però non mi viene in mente un modo conciso per renderlo in italiano.

Forse "Dir." (come abbreviazione di dirigente)?

o supervisor. Ormai l'italiano in questi casi si usa ben poco a meno che non si metta il titolo Dr./Ing./etc

wenn´s zu lang ist, tut´s "sup." auch, das ist sogar wesentlich verständlicher als VG, dem ich hier zum ersten Mal als Vorgesetzter begegne.
