Indonesian term or phrase: agar supaya diserahkan kepada ...
I have a court determination which states (prior to summarising the judgement):
"• Menimbang, ..., yang menjadi pokok permasalahan dalam gugatan rekonpensi ini adalah sama dengan gugatan dalam konpensi, dan perbedaannya menyangkut masalah penguasaan dari anak agar supaya diserahkan kepada Penggugat dR;" [abridged & edited].
Penggugat dR = Penggugat dalam Rekonpensi (see https://www.proz.com/kudoz/5644136# & page 85 of http://www.aseanlawassociation.org/papers/JudicialSystem.pdf )
The actual decision, later in the judgement, is that the Tergugat dR = Penggugat dK gets custody, not the Penggugat dR.

So is the above phrase merely saying that the difference between the claims made by the two parties (father and mother) is the issue of transferring authority/custody to the Penggugat dR?
In other words, it is not saying here that the court is recommending or deciding to transfer authority/custody to the Penggugat dR?

One additional reason for checking is that this document contains a handful of verified misprints, and it would be easy to type "dR" accidentally in place of "dK".
