Does anyone know what the above abbreviation means please? It's from a case history. The patient had diarrhoea (C.diff.) and was on antibiotics and lots of other drugs (anticoagulants, painkillers, anti-hypertensives, statins, etc.). Was also on CPAP and had a naso-gastric tube.
Under a list of instructions it says:
Stop regular apkt
For apkt if patient becomes worse.
This is the only time in a 30-page document that this is referred to.
