L'opérateur a bien prévenu l'encadrement supérieur et l'astreinte pharmaceutique a validé une consommation en mode dégradé.
Les contrôles amont à l’utilisation de la cuve de gel en production (viscosité, apparence à travers le swatch) sont conformes.
Les quantités de matières mises en œuvre dans l’audit trail sont conformes.
