I realise this is completely vague and unlikely to get a response (if I had more context I would give you it!!).

Basically this is a document concerning a committee meeting regarding approval for a clinical trial. On the document (which was approved) there is a list of people who took part in the decision-making process. Their names and job titles are listed and then either the letter (S) or (T) in brackets.

Maybe this is really obvious to someone?
