English term or phrase: September Score
I'm looking for a term existing in the education systems of English-speaking countries for the concept below:

In an educational year, a student usually gets four marks: one for 1st semester's mid-term, one for 1st semester's final exam, one for 2nd semester's mid-term exam, and one for 2nd semester's final exam.

But sometimes, if a student doesn't get a pass for a year, s/he is forced to study in summer, too. And at the end of summer, s/he should take another exam, and if passed, s/he is allowed to continue her/his studies at an upper grade.

This score is literally translated to "September Score" (It refers to the month s/he takes the exam and receives the score/mark). But I want to see if there's a better term for it or not.

september score
remedial exam results / summer school results

Explanation:
In the US, students in grades 1-12 go to "summer school" if they have failed courses, so their "summer school results" would be the scores/grades they received for their remedial exams. This may or may not work for your context.

If not, I might go for "remedial exam results."
