There appears to be a separate restructuring process and, in restructuring proceedings alimony is not covered. However, the pleadings affecting the applicant in Poland are clearly bankruptcy proceedings and therefore alimony was, on the face of the Polish Order, covered, the applicant wife was on notice of this and available sources on Polish law confirm that this is the norm.
