'...dirigida documento testimonio del auto de reanudación del tracto expedido por el Juzgado de Primera Instancia no. 2 de Ibiza, procedimiento [number] instando por [applicant's name] que ha motivado el asiento [number] del Diario [number] en el Registro de la Propiedad no. 4 de Ibiza'
