Presumably an unsealing report would confirm that the building wasn't damaged as a result of having been sealed up. E.g. that there was no corpse of anyone who'd been sealed inside, no water damage from taps left running when the building was sealed etc. and that the building was safely returned to the possession of whoever.

agree  AllegroTrans: we can only speculate as to what the report contains (a full inventory?) but I think this is the best option// I think in GB we probably would speak of "securing" a property rather than "sealing" it though - makes me think of jam-making
