Think @neilmac's 'surrender' might be the easiest for non-native readers if the finished text is likely to be viewed by non-natives and natives? Depends what wider context is of course, but although I would usually personally use something more akin to the other options suggested, I wonder if it might therefore be the best option here. Word is poetic enough if the rest has that flavour as well but also direct and easier to understand by non-natives. And also if punchy and direct is needed is as well as poetic.

But my experience of translating titles is that you always need to read the rest of the text (or book if it's a book title), as the literal translation is very rarely the one that fits best once you're familiar with what the whole thing is about
