Spanish term or phrase: entrega
Hello, everybody. I am translating a text about safety regulations that the staff of a building company have to abide by. There is a checklist of the procedures that the safety department manager needs to complete before construction work can begin and one of the items is "entrega de EPP", EPP being "personal protection equipment".

My problem is the word "entrega". If I write "delivery", does that mean that the protection equipment is sent/handed-over to the staff by someone? What if the construction workers have to pick up their protection equipment themselves? Would "delivery" still be the right word?

As the text doesn't say anything else, I don't know if the equipment is sent to workers or if workers have to pick it up themselves, so I need a word that means "entrega" in the general sense of the Spanish word.

Suggestions?
