Russian term or phrase: срок освоения
Срок освоения программы магистратуры в очной форме обучения - 2 года

English translation:duration
Explanation:
I would leave out the "освоение." So something like "duration of master's degree program." It is assume that if you take the program you will "master" the contents of it and graduate in two years. If you need to include the "в очной форме" part (which seems obvious, unless otherwise specified), you could say "duration of on-campus master's degree program."

disagree  The Misha: ... and the reason it doesn't is because you disregarded accepted usage, i.e. how a native would phrase this very same idea. Things are just not said the same way in different languages.

A master's is a two-year curriculum for full-time students

Explanation:
or Full-time students [generally] take two years to complete their master's degrees. Sure, Susan's duration works, but why not go a bit further and rephrase a little? You know, do things naturally:)))
