This is a Contract of Commercial Concession.
Below is the context:
"O preço a pagar pelo Segundo Outorgante pelos Produtos encomendados no âmbito do presente contrato deverá ser pago da seguinte forma:
…% no ato de adjudicação e ...% na data de entrega dos Produtos."

I have searched online and I am considering using the word “award” to translate the “ato de adjudicação” but I am not sure if this is the best translation for this particular context.

My translation would be:
"…% when awarding the goods and ...% upon the delivery of the Products."
