Nell'atto di costituzione di una SRL, nella parte in cui parla delle azioni societarie, ho incontrato la seguente frase:

The shares are not transferable for a period of 5 years from the date of these Articles of Association. The transfer of the shares is effective against the Company from the time of registration of such transfer in the Shareholders’ book.

Il trasferimento delle azioni sarà effettivo *per* la Società a decorrere dalla registrazione di suddetto trasferimento nel libro degli Azionisti. Non mi è chiaro come rendere il termine "against" in questo contesto?
