How are you interpeting the purpose of these comments? How do they appear with respect to the actual script? Is 'PH' the name of the character speaking, for example?

I'm half wondering if these are in some way 'internal notes' for the video makers — for example, 'flippée' could easily be the jargon word referring to an image that has been left/right reversed; in which case, 'couri' might well be some kind of in-house abbreviation for some other technical feature; this would to some extent be consistent with the comment "C'est bon?"
What sort of programme material is this? Fiction / documentary... ? Do you get the impression that these comments come from whomever did the transcription? Or were maybe added later as comments.
Note that the timecoding only carries hh/mm/ss (i.e. not frames) — this suggests it is only approximate, just for locating the segments of speech.

Since the other two words are real words, I wonder whether the transcriber misunderstood the word. Could it be "couru"?

Is "Couri" after each of the timecodes? If it changes from time to time, might it not be the name of the person speaking?
