French term or phrase: pommes darphin
Hallo!
Ich bin etwas ratlos: Als Beilage wird "pommes darphin" serviert, was meinen Recherchen zufolge eine Art Rösti aus rohen Kartoffeln ist. Ich hätte jetzt, ehrlich gesagt, beinahe "Rösti" geschrieben, aber ich denke, das Restaurant wollte eben dieses Wort vermeiden (Der Text ist aus der Schweiz für die Schweiz), um sich von den Rösti abzugrenzen (sonst sagt man doch sogar in der französischsprachigen Schweiz Roesti, oder?). Jetzt weiß ich aber nicht, was ich im Deutschen dafür schreiben soll (und noch dazu soll es ja möglichst kurz sein). Hat jemand eine Idee?
