assistenza in acuto / trattamento in acuto / della fase acuta sono le formule standard ma, trattandosi di danni minori (in base agli esempi riportati) mi pare che "intervento" sia più idoneo.
Mi lascia perplessa, tuttavia, la terza frase, che ci chiude con "... bis hin zur Nachbehandlung von Beschwerden und Verletzungen": la Nachbehandlung non mi pare rientrare nella Akutversorgung...

... e di ridurre al minimo il danno provocato dal trauma sino all’arrivo del personale medico più qualificato. Il corso è pianificato per soddisfare la Competenza 2 del piano della IFSPT, centrato sull’Intervento in Acuto per I Fisioterapisti Sportivi.
