I very much doubt it - no sane lawyer would put that in a contract (unless playing for the opposing team)

that basically means: you can't do nothing - you have to wait indefinitely for the other party to deign to eventually exercise its rights.

anyway "purger" simply and literally means "getting this issue out of the system"

"tag-along right" are granted not in eternity, but with a time limit - these "rights" can also be "purged" [= get rid off / thrown out of the picture / eliminated / made non-existent ...] by simply not being exercised AT ALL within the allocated time limit.

If that's the correct meaning (I've looked up "purger" and I'm still not sure), it would be better to avoid a double negative by saying "until the right has been", rather than "for as long as the right has not been".
