French term or phrase: n’aura pas été définitivement purgé
Hello all,
This comes from a partnership agreement for the construction of a windfarm. I gather droit de sortie conjointe means tag-along right, but am not sure how to phrase "purgé" in this context. I see it as meaning that the party concerned has been offered the opportunity to exercise this right, is this correct? Would resolved be a good fit? Thanks for any help with this.
La Cession de Titres notifié par xxx à xxx ne pourra être réalisée, ni en totalité, ni en partie, tant que ce droit de sortie conjointe Totale n’aura pas été définitivement purgé.
